Found the "Shape Up" process by #Basecamp: https://basecamp.com/shapeup

Learning: Flow diagrams (which they call breadboards) and fat marker sketches are enough design for proposal stage. Fine design comes always later.

What I really like:
- Fixed time slots, small enough to try and test.
- Clear commitment and buy in from stakeholders.
- Focus on the problem to solve.

Will try that out with one Product person. #Mixpanel and Basecamp seem to have good results with that.

How does #TelemetryDeck compare to #Mixpanel? At work we’ve been using Mixpanel for a while, but I’m really intrigued by TD. Thoughts?
