- my biggest takeaway from is how wide ranging the experience and work is for our profession. It was encouraging to see all the ways others accomplish their work and the different ways we can learn from each other

Oooo this session on creating a research culture in actually aligns with my research findings on research experiences of too! Recommends starting small, collaborating, and studying something relevant to you or your job. Also, admin support is essential- unfounded research mandates don’t work. Session presenter @hannahfnorton@twitter.com was great! (note: for some reason the “describe photo” button on the pics isn’t working, I’m sure it’s user fail, sorry!)

At in a session about a scoping review of initiatives for and library workers in . And the articles focused on patrons were so numerous they had to exclude to find the ones for library peeps. Even then my impression is that maybe a lot of the findings were sessions for librarians to support diverse patron groups, not general de-biasing or internal inclusivity work. Y’alleagues, why can’t we do things to be better to ourselves and our fellows?
