I think for MLMs, women are duped in by the easy barriers to entry - you don't need tech or a fancy degree - just friends! They also promise flexibility to work around kids and schedules, with things becoming more effortless with an established pyramid under you. Both #MLMs and #crypto promise the "get rich quick with limited effort" lie, and just drain everyone dry.
