If you're half-white, do you get only 1/2 the money? 1/8 white? Deduct 1/8th?

What if your ancestors came from a FREE State? Are you still entitled to reparations? Some but not as much if your ancestors were slaves?

Who pays to trace your family tree? Do we reimburse people the cost of documenting their lineage?
