Now on to the cauliflower chickpea curry. First up, sautΓ©ing onions, ginger, and garlic. Then added a mix of garam masala, turmeric, red pepper, cumin, and coriander. After a minute or two, added in a be cauliflower, diced tomato, peppers, and tomato broth. Will simmer to soften the cauliflower and reduce the broth. #cooking #mmmmgood
