The next stage of the #MMTLP story is out. Apparently a FOIA request of #FINRA revealed that both FINRA and the #SEC were looking into the issuer Meta Materials (MMAT) and pulling the blue sheets to check for fraud and insider trading. Of course the MMTLP crazies add this to their conspiracy against FINRA instead of going after people like George Palikaras (MMAT CEO) and John Brda (Former CEO Torchlight now Next Bridge Hydrocarbons) and George McCabe (Torchlight insider)

You know when the #MMTLP thought leaders are dropping unsolicited porn into Spaces Hangouts of the people they don't like you all just might be the bad guys.
I love the contradiction of "There are too many issues for me to talk about" & "WHY DIDN'T YOU COVER EVERYTHING!!!!1!"
Also the spaces RaemenSoups hosted with Broncho24 was about the physical assets. That is why we didn't cover the #MMTLP community's wild conspiracy theories.
Broncho kindly joined RaemenSoup's Twitter Spaces call to talk #mmtlp

@chancerydaily Probably for the best. I get the feeling after #AVCT bankruptcy silliness and #MMTLP there are going to be more meme stock people who when they get burned they are going to wield a bunch of pro se lawsuits like a shotgun wildly firing into whatever civil court is within reach.
If I had to pick the craziest of the #MemeStock conspiracies they are usually #mmtlp but #amc has some pretty out there ones too.
I have several good jokes for @chancerydaily about these #MMTLP lawsuits after looking them up on PACER:
1. Pro se
2. Filing criminal charges in a civil court as a civil actor.
3. Insistently asking the judge to rule on your TRO & Injunction before serving the Defendents.
The more I look into this #MMTLP Next Bridge scam the more it makes my head hurt how obvious this scam is.
If only the #MMTLP crowd had bothered to read a prospectus. They are all screaming about their tax treatment to their brokers when they should have been screaming at #MMAT
Some clips:
For U.S. federal income tax purposes, the Spin-Off will not be eligible for treatment as a tax-deferred distribution by Meta with respect to its stock. Accordingly, the Spin-Off will generally be treated as a fully taxable transaction.
