Just thinking about the decisions on both #Vunipola and #Moala

Most of the discussion seems to compare the two as if they are the same offence, but they arent (at least under the World #Rugby regulations).

The mid-range sanctions are:
Head-contact tackle: 6 weeks/matches.
Tip tackle: 10 weeks.

Maybe the sanctions for these offences need to be reviewed, but they are currently judged under the regulations (and not necessarily because of tier 1/2 status) completely differently
