Continue to build your Mastodon network by spreading regular (24-hour) invitation links on Twitter. Even if an instance is (temporarily) closed to new registrations, registrations via invitations are still accepted.

You can generate an invitation link under: Settings > Invite people (access via browser interface). You can then set the max. number of uses and the expire time.
