I've built the Subaru Impreza WRX STi from Tamiya! I'm really impressed by the quality of this, esp since I paid about as much as a HG for it. The next build will be a Gundam most likely but I'm gonna remember these Tamiya models the next time I wanna try building a car. After I'm done building Tractorial I'm gonna be building the Subaru Impreza WRX STI and I find myself in a conundrum as I only have regular blue and metallic blue paints and not specifically mica blue. Worried I'll mess up its cool look if I paint it the wrong blue. #PlaMo #modelcars #modelkits

welp, I just used 2 prepaid 25 dollar giftcards I got from doing user studies, plus 10 of the last 20 bucks in my bank account for this month to buy 50 #hotwheels cars. May God have mercy on my soul. Sunday Night Frankenstein: “Frankenstein’s Flivver,” to be precise. I built this Polar Lights reissue of the 1960s Aurora model kit last Spooky Season, and while I think it turned out okay, the model itself was devilishly hard to assemble. Lots of ill-fitting bits and unclear instructions. Even an unbuilt reissue was a little difficult to find. Anyway, on with the work week. #Aurora #Frankenstein #HotRods #Kitsch #ModelCars
