Small Town #Sweden is classic car country. Yesterday my bus home was late because it was stuck behind a beautifully renovated Model T for 20 minutes.

I didn't mind.

Will try to get some pictures next cruise night, we have quite a collection in this town.

Interesting #geolocation challenge. Someone here is selling a glass positive from somewhere around 1917 or so. Curious what kind of #modelT cars these are. I suspect either the Los Angeles area mountains, Idyllwild area, or the Sierras -- somewhere an old car club would drive to.

I have a question for you: when early #automobiles were introduced like the #ModelT, what were people buying them for?

I’ve been trying to look at #HistoricalAdvertising to get a sense of who was buying these vehicles and what they were doing with them, but I’m struggling to find more.

Is anyone here particularly familiar with #TransportationHistory from the #1900s and #1910s in America?
