There doesn’t need to be ‘#ModerateRepublicans ‘ that will vote for #HakeemJeffries . People in #Tennessee who remember the name of #KentWilliams ⬇️ know that ALL that is needed is 6 self-centered Republicans (plenty of options) who will agree to split the power of the #Speaker position amongst themselves, and promise to not be fascists in return for 212 Democratic votes 🗳️!

Frankly, none of the lot seems able to separate emotions from the job that they have. As a Democrat, I pray in my way for the rising of the #moderaterepublicans for the sake of all while they hold their slim majority. Yes I believe they are out there, being dormant.

How many #GroundhogDay #SpeakerOfTheHouse votes 🗳️ will occur before 1 or more #ModerateRepublicans vote for #HakeemJeffries , who is sitting steady at 212 votes?
