I can’t believe that iOS 15 is still jail breakable. Now thanks to #XinaA15 we have a functional way to have a little fun on our iPhones…

Why am I jailbreaking? Well because I want a little more functionality for when I am biking.

I have a HUD that displays CarPlay that’s attached to my helmet, (#eyelights) CarPlay doesn’t allow you to use biking directions but now I can.

Step by step, we’ve made the #browser’s user interface more and more customizable. The latest update to #Vivaldi added interplay between the Panels and #Customizable #Toolbars so that elements could be moved between them.

We already have the means to store information in #viruses and #bacteria. Make a few thousand variations of, say, a homey variety of E. Coli, which all together carry the DNA-encoded brain, and inject them into the person whose brain was scanned. So far, so good: the data is now available where we can get it.

Then, some #genetic #modifications are needed on people:

a. To install some triggers into the DNA, which will be activated by certain signals.

Just some #random #photos shot over time on a #Samsung #Galaxy #S9+. No #filters or #modifications used. Just some pictures that I loved that #captured reasonably well in terms of #details that I wanted.

I generally use a #FullFrame DSLR #Digital or old school 35/50mm #Camera.

I'd say the details of the #moon & #rainbow captured are quite good given that the moon was captured at 19:26 & the rainbow at 18:56. April 2022 & June 2020 respectively.

Of course had to add the #Pence #Fly.

Putting together some slides on our efforts to detect tRNA modifications by #nanopore for RBI group meeting, and really enjoying this recent review from Esteban Orellana & colleagues at Boston Children's on #tRNAs in disease. Detecting and (eventually) quantifying these #modifications is a tough task, but the implications of being able to do so are huge. It's a fun challenge!
