Soeben kam das Paket des Nachfolge-Abenteuers zu dem, dass meine Gruppe und ich aktuell Samstags spielen (Odyssey of the Dragonlords).

"Raiders of the Serpent Sea" ist ebenfalls ein dickes Buch mit fast 500 Seiten und ich bin gespannt ob ich es je leiten werde. Denn bei der Odyssey sind wir nach knapp 2 Jahren nun bei etwas über der Hälfte der Geschichte angekommen. Ich vermute das neue Abenteuer wird nicht viel kürzer sein.

#cubicle7 #Modiphius #freeleaguepublishing have many #ttrpg based on IP they have to protect. This usually means publisher only and fewer but higher quality productions.
Other publishers like #mongoosepublishing have mixed IP leading to strong publisher support, some 3PP, & legal limits on fan-made. Mixed quality.
More open systems like #FATE or #cepheusengine often are “less IP” meaning many publishers/3PP & plenty of fan made. Very mixed quality.

@davewoodrum I’m pleased to find a fellow #Gurps player. (Successful high five roll). Lately I’ve been really into both Five Parsecs from Home and Five Leagues from the Borderlands from #Modiphius - solo play miniatures games with generated RPG elements. I’ll be posting pictures of my custom minis at some point.

@ldodds Depends what genre floats your boat, but my most recent games that I’d recommend are: MÖRK BORG for some dark OSE style fantasy, Coriolis:The third horizon for some space opera style Sci-fi, both from #free-league. a|state for some grim dystopian future adventures #handiwork-games, Sins for a bit of fantasy horror at #nightfall-games, or Fallout from #Modiphius for anyone who has ever played the console games it’s an excellent #ttrpg
