With the #Bialetti Venus #moka pot, everything was the same to the gram and the second, but the coffee started coming out the chimney very early and quickly, and the result tasted bland. No idea what I did wrong. This broke a streak of about 8 straight days of perfect coffee.

Walk into a grocery store there, and buy yourself a #moka, especially if you intend to enjoy more than one or two coffees a day. Sure, it's not the same as #espresso, but it would keep the #caffeine rushing through your veins regardless, lol

I modified the formula I got from Matteo d’Ottavio on YouTube (21 g coffee ground at #11 on a Baratza Encore, 200 g water heated to about 75 degrees C, medium gas flame). The coffee was excellent, and was finished in half of my usual time! #coffee #moka #bialetti

It's honestly a bit challenging at times to get out of bed when it's still dark, so I'm really happy that the mornings are slowly becoming brighter again. I absolutely love waking up around sunrise time. I'll definitely try to get my sleep schedule to sync up well again this year.
