In this work, we present a computational framework to process and integrate LC-MS/MS data (spectra, #MolecularNetwork, chemical annotations, etc.) and metadata (taxonomy, bioactivity, etc.) of natural extracts into a single queryable #KnowledgeGraph connected to #Wikidata.
