I keep this medallion around my neck every time I go out. Memento Vivere means remember "Remember to live." This is from Shire Post Mint!
I used a shadow box for this to get that nice uniform blurred background and provided a uniform light. This is the under lighting I was talking about yesterday in 80. Very little slider work. Mostly bumped up the texture and clarity, feel like that will always be my weakness. #coin #necklace #macro #macrophotography #momentomori

This hangs in the entryway of my house. It came from my grandparents and was probably painted by one of my grandfather's patients sometime after 1945. (People used to give him stuff, I don't know if in thanks or in lieu of payment; maybe both.) There's a name but I can't read it.

Anyway, my 2yo was pointing at it and laughing the other day, so.
