Absolutely ridiculous! I'd the opportunity to work with great women tech leaders who are so inspiring, technically sound and capable than a few male counterparts.

At workplaces, employees should be paid based on their skills, responsibilities, experience, and capability; not based on gender. Women at workplaces shouldn't be judged based on their family and kid raising responsibilities but based on the quality of work they do. Period.

Shocking if this gender based pay-gap exist even in 2023. The world has changed a lot, is it not the people's minds & legislation?

I'm so happy to let you know that - I have had some traction in a few of my new year resolutions already. And today, I get one of my most awaited new year resolutions done.
I passed the Irish driver theory test! Now I'm eligible to apply for a learner permit & start my driving lessons!🥰
