No, the #CTV clip is correct. The National Assembly is proceeding as if Quebeckers unanimously wish to abolish the oath of allegiance, without even holding hearings on the matter. There will be no opportunity to discuss even the constitutionality of the bill with MNAs, let alone to defend the oath on its merits.

Québec is a diverse place, people believe all sorts of things. It's disrespectful to pretend otherwise.
