All set for #mondello24, a long day to come

I'm like a hen on a hot griddle here switching between weather models (wxcharts is great) trying to figure out if and when it's going to rain during the Mondello24 race, if it's going to rain I'd prefer it to be after dawn on Sunday morning, the end is getting closer by then and a little extra misery shouldn't is easier to stomach. Nighttime training session on the track for #mondello24 last night, a beautiful evening, if a bit chilly when the sun went down. I always like riding with a good light at night, all the distractions seem to fade away. 4 weeks to go to the event, I'm looking forward to my taper week already

So, 7.5mm of unexpected rain overnight meant I could head to the Wicklow hills this morning, even managed to meet our club spin lads for a nice coffee stop.
