Ich habe letztes Jahr aufgrund eines Fake Reviews ein #mondly Abo gekauft. Leider ist es nur für Sprachanfänger geeignet (egal in welchem Modus). Es gibt ziemlich viele Fehler bzw. nicht übliche Übersetzungen (vermutlich der KI geschuldet).

Kündigungsmöglichkeit konnte ich nirgends finden. Daher mußte ich mich jetzt an den Support wenden: Die Kündigung läuft über einen Zahlungsanbieter und war ohne Hinweis des Supports nicht herausfindbar :/

@greenexpanse For some languages #DuoLingo provides some basic explanation that helps here and there. But I agree - you have to infer a lot.

That's why I bounce around among several language learning apps - DuoLingo, #Babbel, Drops, Mango, #Mondly, and #Memrise. All have their strengths.

Personally I find Babbel and Mango are the most comprehensive.

Ugh, targeted spam to my Mondly (language learning app) email address, which only Mondly and their payment provider 2Checkout have ever known. For Spanish learning classes, presumably because I last accessed Mondly from a Spanish IP address.

Which means Mondly sells user data to spammers. Or let it get stolen. Same result. Shameful, but not surprising. If you use separate emails for everything, you catch quite a lot of these scammy corporations.

Re-subscribed to #Mondly after getting a 50% off offer. It's not the best language learning app/website, but it's one of the very few that has #Lithuanian language support (Duolingo doesn't).

At half price, it's okay - I wasn't going to pay the full price again after a year. Mostly for vocabulary learning. It explains fuck all about the language itself, but I've got a book to look that up in.
