So much for that $125+ Equifax settlement check people were expecting. Companies get off easy for how much they make off our personal data without people’s consent then when they have a leak, this is all you are compensated… $22.82

Raises are typically 3-6%, but every few years it can be double that without a promotion. 10% bonus.
Raise was going to be 5.25%. I countered w inflation & salaries of comparable jobs (higher than avg). After lots of back & forth, ended up with a total increase of 21%! No change in duties.

Favorite time of the year because work slows down. Haven’t looked at the exact number of days yet but believe I have enough left to take the final 2 weeks completely off. Plus the first 2 Fridays. Then some sporadic full/half days depending on what I have left.
