In this video I walk through one breathing technique that quickly calms the nervous system down. This can be done over the phone, and is now in the hands of those who work with scam victims on a daily basis. This is that secret weapon we've been looking for to help calm emotionally abused victims down. And this isn't for victims alone...this is for ANY human on this planet to start the healing process for all that shame and guilt. Emotional re-writes of peaceful body states? Yes please.
