Подключиться невозможно, инициировать реплику тоже. Внимательно читал логи запуска контейнеров, пользователя невозможно создать, так как реплика не в состоянии мастера. Читаешь документацию в описании контейнера - все сделано корректно. Просто это особенность entrypoint скрипта монги. Если ты запускаешь контейнер в режиме реплики, то ничего не создастся как раз из-за неиницированной реплики. Надо сначала запускать просто контейнеры, чтобы пользователь смог быть создан. А потом уже указывть, что запуск будет с репликой.

Девопс вчера потратил полдня и не смог запустить. Сегодня написал мне, чтобы я помог. Год назад запускалась просто монга, полгода назад она была переведена в режим реплики. Итеративно это прошло как надо и не было замечено такое поведение, которое при новом старте приносит проблем для неподготовленных.

I don't use #mongo regularly, just #jsonb in #pg, so I'm guessing:
1. Mongo users could port data into pg using existing #backup & #recovery infrastructure, then they'd have both SQL and mongo query/dump/load options for future #migrations
2. The pg API will lag mongo's and sunset existing features later. And #SQL api as a fallback
3. A mongo app could transition to pg incrementally or partially, increasing maintainability by using mongo queries and SQL queries where they make sense

Metaprogramming Serverless Functions in Mongo Atlas is really simple.
I'm using #MongoDB Atlas Functions & Triggers to fetch the daily Weibo trending topics.
Then, for each trending topic I use a Database Trigger to set up functions (programatically) which fetch tweets & comments around said topic.
At the end of the day, I purge all functions and start from scratch with fresh trending content.

Don't expose MongoDB to the Internet and certainly don't expose it without authentication.
