@zeh @alcinnz I've been experimenting with a few search engines recently, including Mojeek, Metager.org, SearchMySite.net and the Searx instances at Monocles.de.

I've also figured out to how to configure my Firefox-based mobile browser to search for videos directly on YewTube (Invidio.us instance), and for green tech info on Appropedia.org, and I plan to add more sites to this (eg search.joinpeertube.org).

* Better link replacement logic
* Support XEP-0425 message moderation
* don't automatically open import backup on WelcomeActivity
* Default to show Jabber network when search public rooms
* Add swipe to reply feature

Just after a little advice about messenger apps on #Android and #Linux. I try not to use WhatsApp anymore but am using Telegram right now but is this the way to go ? I've looked at #XMPP like #Conversations and seen #Monocles which incidentally allows different theme colours.
Basically what does everyone else use or recommend particularly decentralised ???
What should I avoid and why ?

Oh yeah, and it's working pretty fine - the only downside is downloading ~500MB of #golang to make it run :)

@edendestroyer yes, it exists on some apps already, I think #fedilab does it, some #xmpp clients like #blabber and #monocles etc. After using it, it's frustrating to have to copy and paste links into those services.

Dabei gibt es verschiedene #Programme / #Apps, mit denen man sein Jabber-Konto nutzen kann. Ich nutze #Monocles vom #fdroidstore Jabber und #Deltachat sind meines Wissens beide #EndezuEnde-Verschlüsselt.
#Whatsapp hat das ja nur nachgezogen, dafür den #Signal-Chef eingeladen und es nur auf Teile des Messengers angewandt.

The only #Messenger besides #Monocles [an #XMPP client for #Android] & #Pidgin [for #Linux] where I can disable this feature is #Zulip, since that is a good messenger that doesn't annoy me.
