All the available #MonoclonalAntibodies are ineffective against the recent #COVID variants including #XBB15. #Paxlovid still works, though we should be giving it to people for 10 days instead of 5 to reduce the frequency of rebound infections, yet another lesson that our public health infrastructure is being far too slow to learn.
