A great western double-feature tonight at #TheNewBeverly. The 82-year-old man sitting next to me for #Shane told me that it was his favorite movie. He’d seen it when it opened 60 years ago. He told me that he’d seen it over 50 times.

#MonteWalsh was a film I’d never seen or heard of before. #LeeMarvin, #JackPalance, #MitchellRyan, #JeanneMoreau — what a cast! It’s one of those melancholy westerns about changing times and the men and women left behind.
