What is Socialist Feminism?
"This article by Barbara Ehrenreich, which first appeared in WIN magazine on June 3, 1976, and is reprinted here with the author’s permission, is a classic of socialist feminist thought. After decades of ongoing debate on these issues its importance is, in our view, undiminished."

Further, by way of #introduction, here are the titles of my books: Marxism and the Philosophy of Science: A Critical History; Irish Television Drama: A Society and Its Stories; The Continuing Story of Irish Television Drama; The Syriza Wave; Navigating the Zeitgeist. I'm in the final stages of writing a sequel to the last one, but haven't yet decided on the title. Also I've published lots of articles over the years. These days, I go for #MonthlyReview or #Jacobin, not academic journals.

Pre-COVID, office buildings in Manhattan supplied more than a quarter of #NewYork City’s property-tax revenue—money used to fund public schools, police, parks, and public infrastructure. With 19 percent of Manhattan’s office space available for lease—a near record high—the dark days of the 1970s fiscal crisis loom.
