They were too far for photos, but today I found them on the golf course lake.

Today in #MontroseHarbor:
The birders were out in full force. Many long lenses were in evidence.
As usual, the Red-winged Blackbirds were the most visible and loudest. But I also got incredibly close to a Northern Flicker, who was beautiful up close. Sadly, no new birds identified. I saw this guy, but I couldn’t make a positive ID. Not as big as a Robin.
