Was at a cafe and saw the choice between Phở Bò and Bò Kho (beef stew). Which is always a hard one for me. But the desire for fresh hot crusty bread and stew action won. 😂

The stew was a tad bit sweeter than I'm accustomed to but still delicious and hearty and perfect for a cold wet windy day like yesterday! ❤️
