Tonight, we had partly cloudy sky above the west horizon, with some humidity.

I did not see the new crescent with the naked eye.

Nevertheless I attempted a moonsighting using the zoom lens of my camera.

Now at home, & after carefully reviewing my photographs,

I do not see the crescent in any of my captured images.

So this is a Negative Moonsighting Report
