I think what might save us in #MOOREvsHARPER is if there's anything conservative justices hate more than civil rights it's limits on their own power.

If my understanding (which is very limited) of the case is right, I don't think they care a lick is a federal agency is blocked from stopping a state, but if state legislatures are supreme that means SCOTUS is not and they can't have that.
