Am stärksten bei Pflegefachpersonal und bei MTA. Eine wahrscheinliche Ursache: beide Berufsgruppen haben besonders wenig Entscheidungsbefugnisse und Autonomie.
Ein weiterer Grund, warum berufliche #Pflege stärker professionalisiert und an Entscheidungen beteiligt werden sollte. Professionalisierung schützt!
