I've had a combination day - partly coding for myself (for once) and partly gaming. Earlier I had a longish session in #LOTRO plodding through #Mordor (one can simply plod through Mordor).
I didn't take many shots because, even with my monitor on full brightness and in-game gamma at 1.1 it's still kinda hard to see anything a lot of the time.
Land of Shadow and all that.

I know I post more about non-#LOTRO stuff here, but I am playing and earlier in the day had fun in the Orc gladiatorial arena in Mordor. I'm slowly making my way through quests there in 1-hour increments.
But that's how my brain works. My next post is a LOTRO one too, but it's taking time to pull together.

If I put it as harsh as it is, trans people are illegal in Russia from today. Also, if you marry a trans person, your marriage will be canceled by the state institutions. An exception is made only for newborn children with "gender anomalies" and those surgeries can be done upon aa medical commission's decision only in state-approved clinics. #Mordor

I'd been intending to make this joke for some time: this awning is near my job, for a niche eatery specializing in [checks notes] BONE BROTH. The other day I noticed that it appears to have gone out of business, for reasons that I think may be obvious.
I thought about making a spoonerism of "#Frodo Baggins" but quickly realized it would result in a horrible epithet.
