And here's the official traffic count. Most recent month on record was May 2023, with just shy of 185,000 bikes over the month.

We used to have summer peaks of 150,000 and winter lows of 50,000. Winter use has doubled to 100,000 a month, but summer use is up only 30% to around 200,000 a month. That shows that the system is at its limit. More and more people refuse to ride the bridge because it's unsafe and miserable.
