We used to have summer peaks of 150,000 and winter lows of 50,000. Winter use has doubled to 100,000 a month, but summer use is up only 30% to around 200,000 a month. That shows that the system is at its limit. More and more people refuse to ride the bridge because it's unsafe and miserable.
