As usual starting the morning with Coffee w cream and epilepsy medicine.

Have had epilepsy since 1996-ish but been lucky enough that except for an initial three day stay in the hospital when they tried to figure out my dosage (my very first attack was a really bad one) I have had four proper attacks since 1996.
