☀️ Just for eye pleasure : this is a representation of Winter from a Dionysus #mosaic found in 1911 in a house of Fourvière hill in Lyon, France. The mosaic is dated to the 2nd-3rd cc and is now in the Lugdunum Museum. 📸 Own pic.

Big project alert! This image is an area in Cygnus containing both the North America nebula (big blue area) and the Pelican nebula (bump in the top middle). This area is rich in OIII, which gives it a nice blue color with certain processing. This is over 25h of total exposure time across the two panels of the mosaic.
