Just got back from my ride, out for about 4 hours and about 80 miles. Took in a fantastic coffee shop and a beautiful 12th century church
Rode with a trusted friend that helped me enormously find my confidence again. Usual dickheads trying to kill us, but we vanished down some tiny, forgotten roads into the marsh and rode in peace.
I got abandoned at one point where my buddy nicked the grom 😁

Went out for an hour or so today, it was a bit shaky at the start and I'm now hyper aware of the scum that tailgate you, but I settled down and enjoyed the ride.
It's helpful that the grom is so forgiving and just buzzed along happily, not making a fuss over my mistakes.

There were loads of spaces to park as well, but none had hardpoints to chain your bike to other than these #motorcyle spaces
It's just bloody mindedness.
I really dislike most people.

I have been totally smitten with my #grom, so much so the OTHER brand new I have had been ignored, despite just having it's first service and a new front sprocket (up a tooth to lower the gears)
So out of guilt I took the neglected ol' girl out, and was reminded why it's such a great bike to ride in about 3 minutes.

Found a what's probably a neolithic roundabout in the actual middle of nowhere.
Looks like the last vehicle that passed by was probably a peasant ox cart in the late 1600s.
