With an impressive piece of driving, a motorist heading Sth on Murrumbeena rd mistakes the #DjerringTrail for Neerim rd and attempts the "quick I'll just hook right in here while there's a gap in the oncoming traffic" Big crunch as she drives into the kerb, looks up, sees me, frantically flaps hands about mouthing "sorry/shit", pulls back out and tears off down the wrong side of Murrumbeena rd past stopped cars to the lights, then into the intersection and pulls in front of the cars wating to turn right, then switches on her right indicator. Me and the guy walking on the path near her look at each other, his "WTF was that!" pretty much sums it up

A "bicycle crash" was it, no one else involved?

"Mr Walker, 45, said he was hit by a car while cycling on Monday, leaving him "battered and bruised"."

He was hit by a "car" was he? Was it autonomous? Or was he actually hit by a #driver *in* a car?

Interesting that done years ago an Australian #motorist was in a crash which resulted in #massive head #trauma which he survived.

He developed a brain infection which resulted in him requiring 75% of his #brain to be removed.

When he came out of the #anaesthesia one of the tests involved #memory checking. He had a very very distinct #English #tory accent and admitted to having a very difficult to manage wish to screw the #butler in the #library using a #candle holder.
