@jonny In my current postdoc I’m trying out #Mountainsort which requires quite a lot less manual refinement but… it finds only the clusters that would have been super easy to cluster by hand, about 1/4 or even less than those (real, well-isolated clusters) that #Klustakwick finds. So I’m thinking about going back to the classics…
