I bought this long ago from a Kickstarter run. There is something very adventurous about this little fella and I regret not having more than one.

That really is a skull of a cat (Felix Domesticus), I bought it from a shop in New York about 20 years ago.

I don’t have much third party Lego items but this Mouse Guard minifigure I found rather charming. I’ve only photographed it once and I was very happy with how this little feller looked like in the final images.

I really don’t know much about the Mouse Guards’ story but they transform very well to Lego.

I have asked #chatGPT to generate characters for #burningwheel ,#torchbearer and #mouseguard and it delivered. For years I have used donjon.bin.sh as GM assistant, however recently I found chatGPT very useful for random generation of system-specific things.

I know I'm late to this party but the Mouse Guard series by David Petersen is great! Just read the first two books, but I'm hooked!

@StevetheNPC I regret never getting to play #TheBurningWheel and #BurningEmpires. I have them both on my shelf next to #MouseGuard which I played a lot of, so I know I would've loved them. Unfortunately a play session never materialized.

@madu I love #mouseguard. It works as a one-off game, but really shines in longer campaigns that give players a chance to develop their Believes, challenge their Contacts etc.

Either you succeed (possibly with a cost), or there is more story.

Sounds like @sil prefers #StoryGames but is stuck with D20.

This is why #ApocalypseWorld and #MouseGuard (not uniquely, but significantly) are great. Their mechanism dispenses with “do you succeed or fail?” in favour of “do you get to say what happens, or does the GM?”
