Great turnout once again at Nonsuch parkrun, over 800 participants took part; running, jogging, walking and pushing. As it was the last Saturday of the month it was also the monthly meeting of 5K Your Way, Move Against Cancer group 💙

Fantastic turnout at NonsuchPark parkrun today. Over 900 runners, walkers, joggers and buggy pushers took part. It was the first event on a new course in the park, hence the high numbers.

Great turnout at my local #parkrun #today, with more than 700 participants running, jogging, walking or pushing their way around the course. I was delighted to #walk with one of my #NordicWalking friends on her first parkrun!
Being the last Saturday in the month it was also 5K Your Way - Move Against Cancer day and I was wearing my light blue colours along with many others supporting this great charity.
