This story made me laugh and also made me consider how the author and I watched exactly the same movies via MoviePass (I got to way more than the author did - maybe 25? - before it failed; THOSE WERE THE DAYS) (and yes, yes, I'm a beta user now, are you kidding me? Movie I saw last night: "One Fine Morning" (2022) - Lea Seydoux is lovely in this story of a single mother dealing with taking care of her daughter, finding the right home for a father with a degenerative disease, and embarking on a new love affair with a married friend. My first movie ticket with the relaunched #MoviePass.
