From the trailer, it looked like he was in an ASTEROID FIELD. Im pretty sure they haven't documented every asteroid in every asteroid field, but maybe I'm wrong?

I get that the purpose of #Trailers is to get you to pay to see the movie. If they misrepresent it, or give away the entire plot, or show the only good scenes, or use scenes not in the movie; but succeed in parting you from your money, then it's a successful trailer. Your enjoyment of the movie is your problem, not theirs.

I find myself concurring with the plaintiff. It's one thing for studios to engage in shady marketing in order to surprise audiences, which can have a beneficial effect through the subversion of expectations. But that only goes so far, and when a studio advertises a movie having an actor or actress and doesn't deliver...
