It’s been suggested to do an #introduction post, so here we go:
We write about the #GothispanicRite aka the #MozarabicRite - peculiar to the erstwhile Visigothic Kingdom (in #Spain, #Portugal, #Andorra, & #France ) & codified since the 4th Council of Toledo of AD636.
Along with the #AmbrosianRite of Milan & #RomanRite it’s one of the only surviving western rites of the #CatholicChurch.
Our next book focuses specifically on its #EugenianChant. #Musicology !
