Turned #Punkt #MP02 off before 3pm and then back on at 3.10pm. UK #emergencyalert came through when phone reconnected to O2 network and then asked if I wanted to continue receiving alerts

@vbatts @autumn The #Punkt #MP02 is very clever - I would use it as my daily driver if it supported MMS. There is no send functionality, and incoming MMS's show up as error messages on GoogleFi.

The Punkt does have Signal support, but it's not an official client, so it breaks periodically and isn't compatible with the desktop client.
