I have checked the 0$ option but want to indicate that I do indeed use some of the tools/platforms (rather experimenting and no production use yet), only I (a) keep within the free tier (e.g. #Colab, #HuggingFace or #OpenAI's initial "free credit"), or (b) am lucky to have institutional access to an alternative platform (e.g. #JupyterNotebooks on HPC cluster with @gwdg or #mpdcf ).
