I have been AFK a lot this week, but I did attend an open house with at the Beat Junkies Institute of Sound in Glendale, CA and had a great time!
Heard Mr Choc and DJ Babu skratch and one of their graduates whose name is escapin me presently in this rhyme.

I chatted with some other affiliated deejays too.
It was hella fun, they have a great crew!

If you have an interest in learning the art of a turntablist.
I can think of few places better to begin such a journey, my words I do not twist.

Of course, their intro to deejayin class is not free.
Yet it seems reasonably priced, honestly I think they should raise their fee.

It's also a prerequisite to the other courses they offer such as Foundation and Structure.
I think they may have more and they offer private lessons too, though I am not their proctor.
