Most valuable thing in #ppc64le #guix for me now would be having a working #rust package

Many packages (indirectly) got dependent on rust over time and those can't be upgraded anymore, and the list is getting larger by the day.

The actual error is in building #mrustc and is low level enough that it is way out of my league.

Updated #mrustc in my #gentoo overlay (https://git.stikonas.eu/andrius/gentoo-bootstrap). Now #rustc can be bootstrapped from C starting with version 1.54 rather than 1.39.
