The wife and I just finished Guacamelee on the #Switch. A lot of fun even if the bosses were somewhat difficult for us. It felt good to finally defeat Calaca!

Go 80s!

Started Remnant II with some friends tonight. It’s quite hard even on the least difficult setting, but a lot of fun! I’ve gone with the field medic class and the others are gunslinger and soldier.

Sayonara Wild Hearts is a captivating rhythm-action game set to a beautiful pop soundtrack, narrated by Queen Latifah. The levels are short and varied, it throws new mechanics at you and tosses them away again — you can be flying through the air one moment and riding a motorbike the next!

You can complete the main story mode in 1.5 hours, and if you get stuck you can skip sections (or tell it not to). But there are other modes unlocked when you do. It’s fun!

Chapter 2 (Ellia 1150 AD) finished in #EternalDarkness. It’s slow going as some of the puzzles are a bit obtuse and my sword broke so I’ve had to use a blow dart, which is nowhere near as good!

Considering it’s over 20 years old, the game is holding up in the main. Still enjoyable — perhaps I’ll finally finish it?
