Day 5 #MSTRAM
Last day; I rode my #bicycle from Long Prairie to Ottertail for 66 miles. It was calm and very foggy to begin, and then it cleared off for awhile. As I neared the end, it began to rain lightly, the only rain during the ride. I had completed my 17th MS TRAM ride. And then we quickly packed up and drove back to #RochMN. I will plan to ride again next year. There are many friends who can no longer ride, so to do it again is a privilege.

Day 4 #MSTRAM
Today I rode my #bicycle from Wadena MN to Long Prairie, 48 miles. Today has been the warmest and windiest day so far, and I was dragging by the end. The heat index is pretty high and it's intolerable in the campground. But there is an ice arena adjacent and we are cooling off there. I can't imagine how much hotter it is 400 miles to the South in Iowa where they are riding in the RAGBRAI.

Day 3 #MSTRAM
Today was the "respite" day, I rode my #bicycle on a loop East of Wadena for 44 miles and we'll spend the night at the same campsite so no packing etc. The route was flat on smooth roads with little wind, light traffic and cool temperatures. So ideal that I recorded my fastest average speed for any ride all season. Now we can relax and nap; we were kept up a bit last night due to thunderstorms.

Day 2 #MSTRAM
Fergus Falls to Wadena, 61 miles.
Today's #bicycle ride was the same length as yesterday but only half the climbing so it was easier. We managed to get out early while it was still cool, but it did warm up; the steady cross wind kept us cool enough. I rode the whole way with a friend who moved away 18 months ago, and it was enjoyable getting caught up. Wadena is a great overnight town so we'll have fun.

Day 1 #MSTRAM
Today we rode from Ottertail MN to Fergus Falls for 61 miles. The air quality improved during the day and it ended up being a gorgeous day to ride. It was a tad hilly with 2250 ft of elevation gain. But it was an enjoyable ride through the lakes. It started out nice and cool but warmed up near the end. It's going to be warm the rest of the week.

@makingarecord The bike I ride the most (in terms of miles) is my 2018 Specialized Roubaix Expert, a carbon frame road bike. It fits me perfectly and I've ridden it over 4000 miles this year, including 2 centuries, the #RAGBRAI and the #MSTRAM. I love my other 3 bikes, but if I've been off of it for a bit, it feels so good to get back on it.
